you what exercises you should do and set a level for you.

class it is NOT OK to stop in the middle of the class. If
you too tired to continue then you can probably march in place
until you have regained energy.

ability to meet any physical challenge in your life but an
unhealthy person will easily feel fatigue, and as a result
that person might not be able to meet deadlines or fail to
