with the same meridians as acupressure. Shiatsu massage is

Tui na is a type of Chinese manipulative therapy invented
more than 5000 years ago. This Asian massage makes use of
a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbalism and other
health therapies. The essence of this massage depends on the
pressure to the body at certain key points. It uses of a series
of pressing, tapping, and kneading with the therapist’s
palms, fingertips, knuckles or certain implements that are

Asian massage. It uses all parts of the therapist’s
hand, which includes knuckles, palms and fingers to knead

process. Javanese massage is known to relieve tension, lessens
back pain and aids in the healing of fractures. Although it
is the most painful type of Asian massage, it is very good
