Female Body Building Exercise Is Harder? Think Again.
Nowadays, many women have started the trend of body building
exercise programs because they like the idea of the challenge
of the sport. In fact, they all find it equally tough or equally
easy as the men do. Not one has ever said that body building
exercise is more difficult for women.
Body Building Exercise Means Building of Muscle
Today, the world has changed. More and more women have gone
into all the areas that men have previously thought that they
were their domains. There are many such examples around us,
such as women pilots, women in the marines and in the army.
There are women football players, as well as women cricketers
even women sharpshooters. Surprisingly, wherever women go,
they have done well and won accolades.
As a matter of fact, there are no hidden secrets in body
building exercise. It is just a program or a gym regime for
building up muscles. You might not know this, but all human
beings have got the same build and the same number of muscles.
So, basically there is nothing different in a woman or a man
other than more developed pectoral muscles in women. So, we
can see that there is nothing really too great about women
taking up body building exercise and succeeding at it.
However, there is still argument going on about how it is
easier for men to build up muscles because of their natural
testosterone, which is a muscle-building hormone whereas women
on the other hand have estrogen. Estrogen has been known as
a fat-building hormone. This is why when women stop exercising,
they tend to pack weight on much faster than men.
Today, there are many contests where women actively participate
after a competitive body building exercise program. Although
many say that a muscular woman is a turn-off, but, this is
not true, because there are muscles anyway. The exercise only
builds them up in such a way that the body turns out to be
a V-shape. When you stop exercising, and the muscles are resting,
anyone would look the same, and nothing more than a little
more corpulent.
There are certain advantages for women. The first advantage
would be having enough confidence about their capability to
be able to defend themselves in any type of emergency. And
also, the body building exercise program keeps a good control
on weight gain, this is also why sometimes the body building
women actually look sexier.
Although there are advantages, but, you should also know
that the disadvantages exist as well. One major fallback would
be, if the exercise is neglected, the ultra fast and massive
weight gain can be very demoralizing. To avoid this problem,
you should be sure to follow an ironclad discipline both in
exercising and in diet.
