For example, have you ever tried downing a cup of coffee before your body building training? If you have not, you could probably try it on your next visit to gym and feel the great difference. There is no coffee in particular, basically, whichever drinks that contains caffeine will do just as fine. This will help you in two ways, because it burns fat faster and it is a great diuretic.

Make sure that you will not be dehydrated while doing body building training. Just drink plenty of water. You do not want to be stuck in gym without a water bottle.

Secondly, never force your body to overwork, listen to what your body says. If you find any exercise inconvenient or painful, stop immediately. When the body starts to rebel against positions, it is when you know that exercise is going to harm you. The pain that you get is a warning signal from your body to stop you from continuing it.

Do not force yourself into a hurry of building up your strength. There are people who have tried to speed things up, have met with a lot of trouble in terms of pulled muscles, torn ligaments and tissues. You will need time to train your body to get stronger gradually. Remember that it is not possible for you become a body builder overnight.

Pay attention to your body, listen to what it says and what it demands. By taking care of your body while exercising, you will look and feel great.
