Wall Of Stress
Learn to break down the wall of stress to minimize
the stressors in life.
In order to live a more productive lifestyle, we need to
break down the walls (stressors) of stress And determining
the key factors. If we learn and practice some sort of stress
management techniques, then we can reduce stress by minimizing
stressors. The way you communicate, the way you think, beliefs,
decisions, behaviors all play a role in deciding how your
life will be arranged.
You have probably built a wall of negative believing and
thinking if you keep thinking that nothing ever good whenever
it comes to people. Sometimes. you should review all the good
rewards of your past and acknowledge them, with some good
thinking, you will be able to rearrange the way you think
and probably change your views and all. But, at the same time,
you could also review the bad that happened in your life when
you made a bad decision and also review the history of humankinds
and how their bad decisions have affected all others.
After you have done weighing the scale, you will then see
that good deeds do come to people. Life can bring us many
rewards if we use the right stress management tools. When
a person is under too much stress, common sense should tell
them to take a few deep breaths and relax. When a person is
overwhelmed by stress, perhaps by exercising a little, it
can to minimize the stress and to clear the mind. When our
mind is at a confusion state, we are at risk of making bad
decisions.
Hereby, I would like to share my stressful situation with
you. While writing can be a great gift and art, but sometimes
it is also the most frustrating task who can ever handle.
Writing articles, books and other publishable pieces are not
totally simple, and there are many steps to follow. However,
I try a different way to minimize my stress by viewing writing
as a gift and a source for learning. Unbelievably, I have
written around 50 articles on stress management and you must
be thinking that I am ready to blow a fuse.
Although I am writing the articles from my own experiences
and it sometimes brings forth a wealth of stress because I
have to pull up all my resources. But I am taking this from
experiences and they have proven to be a great source for
me, since I am not only writing about stress, I am also studying
human behaviors, the human mind and the human body, as well
as producing helpful tips on how to relieve stress. Therefore,
I turned my negative stress upside down by producing a positive
reward. This is all part of breaking down the walls of stress.
Stressors can also determine our ability to cope with stress,
they are a stimulating force that causes stress. Stressors
can come in all sorts of sources, which include, financial
burdens, pressures from family, work pressures, results from
bad decision making, medical, mental, and etc.
The examples will tell us how we can break down the walls
of stress easily Let’s say, you are working at a high-paced
job that has overwhelming demands of you. Not only that, your
job also involves in arranging meetings, meeting deadlines,
and overseeing an area of the business. Everyday, you are
expected to handle each task efficiently to avoid complications
in the business. And now, your boss has asked you to handle
a particular task that will increase revenue for the business,
and since your responsibility is to produce an effective advertisement
flick that will focus on a specific product. There, you begin
the task by considering all details required to make the advertisement
successful. Once you begin the process, you need to decide
what other products of interest to you might benefit the source
in question. Therefore, you begin designing and creating additional
information jumping completely off track of the subject.
You might have spent a great deal of time and finally finish
the task and hand it to the boss for review. Then, the boss
approaches you and asks you what were you thinking when you
designed these advertisement? You tell him what you goal included.
And now you are facing a problem since you have probably made
a bad decision. You are already pressured from the job and
now the pressure increases because your boss is angry that
you did not follow plans as you have been told to.
If you would have handled the task as instructed, the results
would probably prove to be more fruitful and, you are adding
stressors to your life and thus increasing your stress. Breaking
down the walls of stress also includes making good decisions
and following the certain guidelines that guide us to the
right path.
