Cardio Circuit Training
How To Look Great With Cardio Circuit Training
Do you want to go to the gym but feels burdened by anxiety
& self-consciousness? Is your work or hectic schedule
keeping you back from being active? Do you travel frequently
and miss your regular aerobics class at the gym? There is
no need to fret anymore because cardio circuit training is
the help to all your troubles.
Cardio circuit training is a type of cardio exercise where
the individual completes one set of exercise and immediately
proceed to the next set in rapid succession without resting.
Unlike other exercise programs, cardio circuit training is
not dependent upon sports equipments and machines to complete
the exercises.
The advantage is that you can carry out cardio circuit training
in the comfort of your home without having to beat the traffic
just to get to the gym in time, because you know no matter
what time you get home, you can still do your cardio! The
best part of cardio circuit training is the psychological
motivation that you give yourself. For this exercise, it is
totally personal commitment and determination.
Generally, our body can be divided into different zones,
the Upper, the Middle and the Lower zone. You need to target
all these zones one at a time and one after the other with
as little rest as possible in between.
Upper Zone
There are some different exercises that target the upper
zone. Push-ups have been known for developing chest muscles,
triceps and shoulders and have spawned many variations like
the half push-up where elevation only includes the torso &
ends at the knees. Dips are great to shape the triceps and
the chest.
Middle Zone
The abdominal area has always been a focus of both genders.
There is nothing worse than having seeing a bulge in your
midsection and hence ruining a great outfit. Crunches and
sit-ups have always been revered as the ultimate solution
to an unwelcome paunch and until today, it still retains its
reputation as the number one abdominal trimmer. By being harder
than sit-ups and crunches, bent knee leg lifts, are great
at working those lower abs.
Lower Zone
Leg is one of the sexiest part of the human anatomy. But
a flabby pile of fat wiggling somewhere in your lower zone
is definitely a turn off. Cardio exercises such as running,
jumping rope and spot running are great ways to firm your
lower zone. To further toning you can also use free weights
when you do your lunges and squats.
Cardio circuit training works efficiently for women who want
to lose all those extra fat without gaining muscle mass. As
we know, women tend to store more body fat than men do, it’s
not their fault, it is just how they are made to be. Losing
weight is therefore a whole lot harder for women than it is
for men but cardio circuit training can change all that!
Every woman wishes for a slimmer, well-toned body that emphasizes
a tiny waist and curves. So, say goodbye to the dimpled thighs
and love handles with cardio circuit training!
