while others cannot burn any calories even after working out

it easier, is by making small changes in your diet and exercise
habits. By making small changes is what eventually makes for
seemingly easy weight loss, looks as though you have not gone
through anything drastic, but still attained a positive result
anyway.
Some of the small changes you can do is to examine your daily
diet. For instance, if you tend to eat fast food a lot, then
you will have to eliminate it from your diet, this is one
of the positive changes you can make without making drastic
changes that you could never stick to.
If you are a fan of Burger King, you can try by making small
changes such as getting the Whopper Junior meal instead of
the Double Whopper meal. Or, if you cannot live without Double
Whopper, get it and leave the fries behind. And, substitute
coke with fruit juice, or it is even better to have just water.
Or you could even replace a sandwich for a salad.
The small changes you make in your daily diet will show you
the positive difference in a long run. Of course, you will
need to be constant, slowly but surely, making the changes
gradually will be even better at making weight loss easy.
This also goes the same to exercise. Do not ever start out by setting
out to run a marathon, but rather, you should go for a half-hour
walk, then a power walk after 3 weeks of daily walks. And,
before you realize it, your power walk will evolve into speed
walking, then jogging, and eventually running. These are the
gradual changes that truly make possible for easy weight loss,
and they are also the only way to make the changes habitual
