Male Body Building?

And also, many thought that the built-up body was not feminine.
But, as the time passed, female body building was introduced
in 1970, and everyone treated it equally as a sport that does
justice to both men and women alike.
Men and Women Body Building

different for the fact that women and men are not built alike
and our bodies react differently. But, just like men body
building program, female body building also requires a great
deal of discipline and determination. But, sometimes, women
will face greater difficulties since their metabolism is slower
and energy output is lower.
Generally, female body building is little more complex due
to the fact that women’s muscle growth needs to be coordinated
slightly differently than the men. There have been cases where
women who practice body building professionally have come
across difficulties such as hair loss, missing the monthly
cycle, and stretch marks of the skin. But, all these side
effects can be cure and they will not cause any fatal consequences.
It is definitely no easy task be it men or women body building.
It takes dedicated hard work and effort to achieve and keep
muscles looking as great as they do on body builders. The
required procedures are such as strict diet, exercise and
rest, which are just part of a female body building program,
but, this will be designed individually by each professional
instructor.
