Green Tea to Protect Our Health

The benefits of drinking tea and especially the health benefits of green tea have been the subject of many a test study. On top of the claims of green tea being an excellent antioxidant, extra benefits may include the prevention of cancer, protecting your heart, preventing arthritis as well as protecting your liver.

1. Cancer Prevention

One health benefit of green tea may be its power to prevent cancer. Recent studies reflected notably lower levels of cancer amongst Asian communities who took green tea. Some of these toxins are such as the ingredients found in alcohol, the air we breathe, food eaten, water consumed, cigarettes smoked, and so on. The health benefit of green tea strongly shows a protection of the cells that comprise the liver as well as stimulating and strengthening the immune system within the body.
