Infertility Help
Tips For Conceiving
When a person decides to undergo infertility help, it most
likely will lead to a number of different tests being performed
which are designed to determine the cause and reason of infertility.
Of course, this does not mean that the tests will always
come up trumps for there are many areas that still need to
be answered and these conditions are known as unexplained
infertility. This is not an uncommon situation which sometimes
disturbs the infertility help process. However, infertility
help is readily available to couples who have problems achieving
pregnancy even after a year of unprotected sexual intercourse
and such couples should consult a general practitioner and
even a fertility specialist.
When a couple goes to visit a medical practitioner and gynecologist,
chances are, they will look at the gynecological history and
examine both the physique and pelvic area of the female. Not
only that, as for the male partner, they may need to have
the urologist perform tests on them. Every patient and his
or her situation are different and infertility help may vary
accordingly.
Infertility help may involve taking a few different measures
which include finding out ovulation, which is the prime time
for fertilization and that it normally happens in mid to late
morning and often occurs about twelve to sixteen days prior
to the next menstrual period.
Besides that, the best time for intercourse is the day or
evening prior to ovulation and this would ensure that the
sperm will be waiting in the fallopian tube before the egg
arrives. Another tip to help with infertility is to have sex
in the missionary position which helps put the uterus in the
ideal position for receiving sperm. And, after intercourse,
it is better for the woman to lie still for about ten minutes
as this would give time for the sperm to enter the vagina
and proceed further to the cervix.
Infertility help may also consider the fact that the sperm
can live in the fallopian tube a couple of days longer and
so it becomes likely that one may have sex on one day and
ovulate on the next day and finally conceive on the third
day. The couples may want to choose to have sex at least thrice
a week so that ovulation may occur and the odds of the sperm
being present in the fallopian tubes for ovulation to occur
increases.
