Fitness is the spirit of a man. Overall fitness should be made a primary goal for every man to strive to achieve. In the eye of fitness, no one is ever too young or too old for improvement.

For a start, you can improve your fitness by engaging in aerobic exercises and through strength training. The major components that make up an overall fitness are: cardiovascular work, strength training and it certainly includes a healthy diet that you need to follow. In a man’s fitness, you should do exercises that will build your muscles to have a toned body and to stay strong. Hence, a work out routine which aims to build the muscles should be included in the fitness regimen.
