Our world is surrounded by love for mythic, larger than life figures. Therefore, there are always unrealistic expectations set by the body builders, for what the physique of an athlete, performer or model must look like. And because of this, they choose to go for performance enhancing drugs instead of choosing natural body building.

Enhance Your Performance

There are various types of performance or physique enhancing drugs available in the market, which usually include anabolic steroids or Human Growth Hormone (GHB) products. They can be in oral form or injection form. Basically, what these products promote is the significant muscle growth, and also reduces the amount of recuperation time between workouts. Naturally, this will allow one to undergo training more frequently than those who opt for natural body building. They also tend to train longer hours than a person who is into natural body building.

This is not a support for non-natural body building workouts. On the other hand, a natural workout would probably consist of training the same body part maybe once a week, hitting the entire body and occasionally hitting the same body part twice a week.

However, abs and forearm and calves are considered to be an exception, since they can be trained up to four times a week or even daily training as they are very resistant to growth due to everyday use. Stick to this simple plan, and a natural body building regimen will work wonders for you.
