If you are still stressed, do some stretching exercise to
relieve your tension. When you are totally relaxed, then return
to your comfortable area, take a few deep breaths, close your
eyes and vision yourself in an open room. Try to recall to
review your life when problems occurred and how did you deal
with them. Think of the worst times in your life, or the most
stupid action you did when you were a child.
Scope and analyze those scenes carefully. Then, identify
any hidden fears that may trigger your stress in future. Such
as, are you afraid of heights? Are you afraid of diseases?
