As the time goes by you feel like your body is going to fail you and you wonder why your jeans suddenly shrunk. Denial is not doing you any good. When you look at the mirror, you go: Oh my God! The truth is, yes, you gained a few pounds.

Torturing yourself by lifting those heavy weights and running full heavy pulls on the treadmill will not mean that you lose those extra pounds faster, it actually is no different if you did it in a lighter pace.

Aerobics is any action or movement which helps the oxygen intake and heart rate. The more oxygen intake, the faster your body will burn the fat. In fact, it is not how much pressure you put on your body but it is based on how consistent you are on the exercise of your choice.

Exercise or aerobics is not all about hard work. There are a lot more fun ways to engage oxygen-intaking activities such as the well known rhythmic steps aerobics. A steady rhythm during the exercise helps to give a balance effect and a well distributed oxygen in our body hence making it work better inside our body.

Finally, those one two steps that we have been hearing about make some sense. Not only that, if do not fancy those steady indoor exercises, you can always go for jogging and running in the park. Even if these do not interest you, there is also swimming, lawn tennis, badminton or simply any other simple sports that you can hook yourself up.

Going to the gym is a great way to help you to shape up and tone your body, it is not true that you will gain muscular body by going to the gym. Some gain muscles because their genes are really about big bones or built, or because their putting on more heavy lifting than what’s suppose to be an easy gym activities only.

At the gym, there are instructions and light gym exercises and instructors to guide you to make sure you don’t over do yourself and have exactly what you plan to achieve. If you think it is not helpful enough, then you can always ask physical fitness instructors about the best way or the best type of aerobic that would work for you.

Besides, you can find out more on different types of aerobic options from healthy physical fitness magazines which could also recommend easy-to-follow video tapes or disks if you want to do it indoor. The internet is no doubt a great place to do thorough research too about the benefits of aerobics and clips may be available in some sites if you wish to learn more about cardio workouts.

Keep in mind that aerobics alone is not enough. You need to combine exercise with a healthy diet to succeed your weight loss battle.
The best combo is a great choice of consistent exercise, and a really healthy diet. Keep all these in mind and you will have a great body awaiting you.
