Problems Increasing Stress

We all have to deal with a share of problems and the potential problems the entire system will bring us. Common stressors that most people face are from the financial obligations, family stressors, relationships stressors, and etc.

Through out our journey of growing up, we learn how to cope with stress, but sometimes, we missed out on the benefits of full development. There are stressors that make it hard for us to think positive, like poverty, wars, crime, and the rest. Therefore, we need to learn stress management that will help us to cope with stress by reducing the stressors. These can be achieved making good decisions, practicing healthy tasks, exercising, eating healthy foods, and avoiding negative stressors that will potentially put us at risk.

There are certain things such as wars and other political rites which most of us totally have no control, and we can only sit down and rely on others to handles it. So, why bother to worry about something that we have no control and it happens regardless of how we see it. Why should you be stressed over problems that are in your hand when you have a full plate of them already?

Like it or not, problems do exist so we must learn to accept as they come in our way, this will help to reduce our stress better. We should review our life and see if our behaviors and thinking have caused us to make bad mistakes, resulting stress. No one is perfect and it is impossible to make good decisions all the time. When we make bad decisions, negative results follow in series. This is when problems are increasing stress as the stressors accumulate. We can take a look at examples to understand the process of making bad decisions and reduce stress by staying focused on the results.

For example, a young man has a history of sleeping around with a number of women. He has already two children in which he has to pay for child support each week and another twins are on the way. Now this might appear fun for this young man, but his bad decisions have led to more bad decisions that resulted for him to pay out his earnings for the rest of his life.

His decisions have affected many lives, since now we have problems of single parents, and children that may or may not know their father. This is the bad result from a bad decision. And, these people have life to go with many stressors along the path. We know that marriage is the only answer to avoiding problems in our life to the magnitude of sleeping around brings. As you can see, life itself is troublesome enough, and why should you keep adding problems to your life or even the life of others?

If you are always experiencing stress, then you might want to list your thoughts, emotions, actions taking, problems, decisions made and etc for future review. Analyze the list for areas that you can make changes to eliminate the problems. Search the list looking for areas that you may have the ability to change to eliminate problems. Every decision is possible to change our life forever.

Let’s say, you made a decision to drop out of high school in your younger years. The world has changed rapidly and it is impossible to survive without a paper certificate. Now, you see that this decision has brought you a major problem in your life, but you have solutions to it. If now, you make a wise decision to take up courses to upgrade yourself, then you will see a better future and the ability to reduce your problems avoiding stress.

From here, you can see that, most problems are minimized once you have made a good decision for once and for all.
