2. Exercise
Exercise should be done regularly to reduce the risk of heart
disease. A recommended exercise program can be followed which
will help to simulate the cardiovascular system. For reversing
heart disease effectively, you need to exercise and maintain
the ideal weight.
3. Blood Pressure
Blood pressure has been identified as a major contributor
to heart disease. With proper exercise, managing your weight,
controlling stress and through prescribed medications hypertension
can be controlled. By controlling your blood pressure, less
stress is placed upon the heart and other organs of the body.
All these are helpful in reversing heart disease.
4. Stress
Stress is a common experience which is shared by most individuals
of today. By giving into stress, it takes a tremendous toll
upon the human body. Stress can cause an increase in blood
pressure which in turn causes the heart to work harder than
it should.

handlings stress. Relieving stress can be an important strategy
in reversing heart disease. With exercise, right medication,
it can help to reduce the stress in our life greatly. The
