Screaming Out Stress As A Stress Relief
Why me? Why does this always have to happen to me but not
anyone else? Why do I have to be tormented all the time? Where
is the justice in the world?
Sometimes in our life, these situations are very common questions
that we may ask. Stress is just part of our daily life, and
there is positive and negative stress. Positive stress will
lead us to weed through the fears that trigger our emotions;
it enlightens us to see the resources to help us to overcome
many problems that we face. Negative fear on the other hand,
reduces our chances of survival because it will take control
of our lives and stops us from seeing the source of light.
If the above mentioned symptoms are what you are suffering
right now everyday, and it has lasted a long time, then it
is time you will need to help to learn stress management strategies
to get you back on your feet. If you are always bothered by
stress longer than a few weeks, then something mentally is
going wrong. It could be that you lack coping skills, or else

or medical imbalance.

life.

negatively, problems can happen to anyone and you are not
definitely singled out. No one wishes you to suffer. The problem

exists because a chemical is imbalanced. This means the doctor
did not see the root of the problem, while mental health experts
did. Therefore, you are not a mad person; you are just suffering
a chemical imbalance which can be cured by medications. So
what even if you are diagnosed with a mental problem? ,You
are not crazy, since the only insane persons are still tossed
up in the air by the criminal justice system, scientist and
mental health analysis.
