All of us have different ways to deal with stress. Some of
us may be drowning in our own sorrow while others choose to
be rational and use their head to find solutions to the problems.
It all depends on how we deal with stress to determine if
we are heading to a path of success or failure. Stress is
a constraining force triggered by negative thoughts. The influences
exist in our daily life that determines whether we will have
problems.
For example, when you are on your way to work, and you take
a different route and you reach work late. From here, you
can see that the result is caused by your own decisions. The
voice that told you to take a different route to work so you
could get to work faster, but, the influence in your head
was wrong. You might be fine if you have worked at the place
for a long time and your boss knows that you are not a habitual
late comer. But, if you are a new comer and this wrong decision
will potentially cause you more stress in the future as your
boss might want to watch closely on your punctuality
Now, you have set yourself up for stress and stressors and
you have to deal with it. A common method for handling such
problems is keeping up with consistency. If you have been
traveling on the highway with less traffic and you are very
familiar with the route, then do not jump the railroad. Keeping
the consistency can keep you from overstressing and help you
to avoid stressors. If you must answer to the boss, be honest.
Honesty is the best policy. When a person lies, they are creating
more problems, stress and in the end it often leads to anger.
It is mainly because your trust is no longer valid. If you
are late, be truthful to your boss, and tell him or her that
you would take the normal route to avoid being late in the
future.
If you admit your mistake to your boss, and give him or her
room to monitor you willingly, you might find that the person
will give you more lea way. On the other hand, if you lie
to your boss, you are probably exposing yourself to more stress
in the future. The worst-case that can ever happen if you
are being honest is, you will probably be told to find another
job.
Keep in mind that, the decision you made had either positive
or negative impact to you. But is not the end of the world
yet. If you are out of a job, then you know it is time that
you should pull out some resources and follow up daily to
get your self on a stable road. Always remember about your
mistakes and no not repeat them, it is better to stay consist
to reduce a stressful lifestyle.

carefully before deciding on one. Now you know the route you
