Stress Causes Confusion
When we are under too much stress, we will be confused
by the situation. Therefore, learn to keep our mind free to
help us to see clearly.
When a person is too stressed out, it often causes confusion
and it becomes more difficult to make good decisions. When
a person is under stress, a series of emotions include worry,
anxiety, confusion, feeling a lack of protection and support,
and stress proves negative thinking.
When a person constantly feels insecured, the person will
feel defeated and always thinks that they do not have the
ability to react, or solve the problem. When a person is anxious,
the mind is fighting for a fear that provokes the stress and
therefore they feel uneasy.
When a person is confused, s/he will have difficulty sorting
through their thoughts and emotions, and they find it difficult
to understand what others are saying. When a person has negative
thinking, more problems will arise since negative emotions
will lead to bad decisions. This is a sign of denial and a
refusal to look at all angles of a problem. The related stress
such as withdrawal, procrastination, hostility, inability
to agree, and represses a person’s ability to use their
creative side comes with negative thinking. When a person
does not see things in a clear picture, that person will not
be able to solve any problems. As we can see, stress has many
elements that affect each other. Understand the stress will
help to reduce confusion.
Negative stress should be considered carefully because sometimes
it can benefit us! Stress then is a constraining act that
causes a tug-a-war in our head. One thought will push and
pull against each other in a separate direction. When there
are push-pull thinking boggles the mind, the person will be
confused. What you should do in this situation is, take some
deep breaths and recollect your thoughts. When you are stressed,
the emotions will take control and they make you even more
confused. Therefore, you need to keep cool and put emotions
aside to see through your problems.
Problems come in all shapes and sizes and some of us have
more problems than other do. Sometimes, you should look back
ans review your life and see how you handled the problems
in your history. You will be surprised at how you handled
certain problems at the time and how you have overcome the
hindrance and made wise decisions. If you recall some consequences
followed by a bad decisions, you should keep that in mind
and do not repeat it again.
Keeping your thoughts positive will prove rewarding. Keep
reminding yourself that as long as you put an effort in what
are you doing, the good will happen. Even if your plan fails
today, instead of dwelling in pain, you should move forward
and patiently wait for the good to come your way the next
day.

your life if you sit around and wait for the good to happen,
