let it overrule our life.
When you allow stress to take over your life, you will then
probably need a management scheme to help you to cope with
your life. The main objective of learning coping skill is
to overcome the obstacles and how to deal with problems.
There is probably a time when you can’t stop screaming
about ‘why me’. It will happen to all of us at
one point of our life, but, this is perfectly normal as long
as you do not live in a world of ‘why me’ all
your life. If you are constantly thinking like this, it is
no wonder that you will develop a mental illness.
Stress and stressors are just part of life and we all have
our fair share of problems, decisions that we make can either
reduce or increase our stress. When a good decision is made,
our life will be more productive with lesser problems. On
the other hand, if we have made a bad decision, the following
stress will pile and then control our lives. If you always
think that you are the unfortunate one having to deal with
all the problems, then you probably should hear what the other
people around will have to say. Truth is, you are bound to
hear much more problems from others and some of them are probably
bigger issues than your current problems.
Therefore, you should not allow yourself to drown in an ocean
of problems, instead, find a way to swim your way out. If
you think that you are so stressed out that you can’t
breathe, you should probably take a few deep breaths and chill.
Or, if you find yourself shake and tremble, that you might
need to take a few minutes of and clear your mind, position
yourself comfortably and ask yourself what is the problem.
If you feel like your chest is about to explode, then you
know you reached your limits of stress tolerance. From here
you can see how the stress can put your life at risk; stress
can cause heart attacks, high blood pressure, stroke and many
more.
Always review yourself to see what you are lacking. Our body
needs exercise, nutrition, entertainment, work, and the rest
to be fully functional.If our body and mind is not stimulated
and nourished then we will often become a victim of stress.

a list for all your problems and look through them to see
what can you do to reduce the stress. When stress overtakes
your life, you are on a wrong path to succeed. Most of us
strive for success and when we are off the track, we often
find a way to redirect the plan to our favor.
