Stress As An Enemy
Sometimes, stress can be a positive or negative
force, depending on the decisions we make. Learn how to make
stress our best friend in a few minutes.
Stress has two faces, it is either your best friend or worst
enemy and it is your decision to decide the good or bad side
of stress.
There is something we can do to separate stress by examining
the good and bad sides of the force and what it entails. When
we are facing stress positively, it will lead us to see the
root of the problems and brings us to the path that helps
us to find relief. Stress can lead to a game of tug-of-war
since the emotions are cluttered when our emotions and mind
are fighting to take control. If we always have a plan in
hand to deal with all the stress, then we are on a path to
success with stress as out best friend. But, if we fail to
acknowledge the stress then we are heading towards a fatal
fall.
For example, you are torn in a decision between spending
money or saving money. Should you spend the money for desire
or keep the money for future use? Here, you can see that a
need is involved and a demand is in question. What should
you do now? You know your banking account will be at a risk
of overdraft.
Do you see the potential stress and stressors? You have a
budget in hand and you know that the budget will be enough
to cover your immediate expenses. Now it has become a stressful
situation when the person does not know how to over banking
overdrafts. You want to go out to the town to have fun with
a few bucks in your pocket. It could bring you fun but it
could reduce your stress if you use it to clear your banking
overdrafts. Of course, you are paying maximum for the delinquency
and you are the only one who is responsible for your spending.
The bank will not consider that you have to struggle to pay
off, but they only consider your responsibility to repay as
the fact.
Do you have a stress management plan to see your problems?
If not, be prepared to pay more than you earn. Like it or
not, this is the reality and life is never fair. What always
hinder us from finding the solutions are often none other
than greed, judging, selfishness, jealousy, hatred, angry
and other emotions.
The entire system makes up for personalities that will betray,
lie, steal, cheat, and even hurt someone to attain their goals
in life. We can see this when we look at the criminal justice
system that controls society, yet we find common negligence
in the system. If you want to relieve stress, stand up for
your beliefs and do not let the emotions rule you. When you
have choices in life, review the consequences, resources,
solutions, and each problem in front of you.
Thinking is the control key. If there were a choice, always
use your head when stress and stressors meet you in person.
Decisions always determine how much of stress you will go
through. Unless you have a neurological ailment, mental illness,
or chemical imbalance that disturbs you, otherwise you are
opening the door to the enemy that can steal your life.
Life is often unpredictable. So, why not spend some time
to think before you make stress the enemy of your life. If
you think about it carefully, you will have more power to
control your life and you will not allow stress to become
your enemy.
