Stress Relations

If you are always caught up with stress, it is time you break your relationship with stress for a more promising life

Stress comes in all forms and sizes and to understand and handle the stress, we need to identify signs and stressors. For example, you are going to bid on a new apartment and this is obviously a stressor now since you have expected a positive outcome, but the rejections are possible as well.

No one likes to be rejected, but all of us are bound to receive rejections at some point of our life. However, we tend to make ourselves believe that rejection will never happen. When we are applying for an apartment, we need to focus on certain things since our appearance, attitude, and personality are all taken into counts.

If the property owner sees a person who appears to be frigid and stereotype, the property owner would probably think that this is how a person behaves. However, if we appear to be calm and cool, when the property owner tells us to find another place, we will still be in control of our stress, as we understand that the stressors exist. If we had been prepared for the result, then we know our next step is to review the list of apartments we made up as back up plan. You might have a list of four or more available apartments, so be sure to book appointments for each unit. This will help you to reduce stress and will also provide you a deal of hope.

But, what if the entire list of property owners rejects your bid? Then, you will see the additional problems that increase your stress. The key to reduce stress here is not by giving up. Instead, you should buy the papers; start the process all over again to make the list. Thing happens when you least expect it to.

Let’s take a look at a more complicated scenario to see how we can still manage stress. What if you do not have a home of your own and the friend who you have been staying with gave you two weeks to find a home? What if you have bad credit reports and you have received countless rejections from apartment complexes. What if you only have enough to live? We see the intensity of the stress level here because the stressors are more complicated than searching for a place to stay. What can the person do to handle the situation to feel secure and reduce the fears?

First of all, we should thank our friend for putting us up for the moment. Then, we can hunt for a job within the two weeks, which we will provide us more resources when a place becomes available. Even if a place is not available yet, the job will help us to pay for a motel room for some time till we find an apartment.

We know that we have to save as much as money we can to get through this chaotic time. We could also seek help from certain professionals that offer help to people in our situation get back on our feet. We can hope for the better, since the worst is not here yet. Besides, we should continue to search for property owners that offer us potential hope. Even if you find a place out of your capabilities and are accepted, then you could pay up for the month and find another solution for making ends meet every other month. This is not a totally hopeless situation, it is just more complex than the common problems

What if we turn around this situation and believe that the worst has arrived. What if we believe in rejections and never see the light out. If we are constantly feeling negative, we are setting ourselves up for a serious stress disorder.

As you can see, stress management is not impossible under most circumstances. If you are stressing over every tiny detail, then you are just seeking relations with stress that can cause additional disaster. If you never see the source of light, then it is time for you to sit down and review the situation and problems carefully to find the resources that can help minimize stress.
