A weight loss challenge, is classified as some sort of weight loss contest or activity that you can join as a means of motivating yourself to lose weight. For a start, you can compare numbers with your circle of friends and start a contest about who has lost more weight. Besides, you can start joining an online community dedicated to weight loss issue. Whichever type of challenge you decide to participate, you can find some form of prize and a way in which to compete for it with the right tools and the right attitude. It is fun to join a weight loss challenge!

It is better if you could include a prize in the challenge so that you can help add some motivation factors to the weight loss challenge. The prize could be something like a person body optimizer device to exercise your muscles and tone them further. You can try to get as many people as possible and get your friends to join your contest, even though they only have few pounds to shed. Try to not make it about who has lost the most weight but rather, you should focus on who has completed the most tasks involving the losing of weight, this is to encourage everyone to participate so that the final goal isn’t about losing weight to extremes.
