remember to take it everyday. Some people tend to forget to

If you neglect your blood pressure medication, you are risking
yourself to stroke or heart disease. This reason alone should
encourage you to take your medicine, but sometimes people
just forget. While it sounds like reason enough especially
if you are not used to taking daily medication it is rather
easy to forget.
