Healthy Dieting

Diet has always been a trend in our society. You may always hear from your friends saying that “I want to watch my diet, please use low-fat milk on my drink” or maybe “I’m on a diet program, I’ll just have a salad for lunch”.  You might think that “Why does he/she thinks he/she needs dieting?” or “Oh my, how can you consider that as a dieting program?” So, you might want to share with your friends, which are the correct way in dieting, meanwhile to stay healthy and fit.

The real meaning of dieting is the practice of ingesting foods in a regulated trend to shape up body and achieve healthy life. Dieting do not just practice by those who are overweight or obese, also, dieting can help those who wanted to maintain their stable body weight.

There are many ways of dieting. Either it is a healthy way or unhealthy way. We can do lots of exercise, such as jogging, swimming, playing sports, and etc, in keeping body in good shape and healthy. Well, this is yet to be considering 100% healthy way of dieting, you’ll have to watch your daily meal consumption. You are not advice to cut down your usual 3 meals to 2 or 1 meal daily, this will weaken your body digestion system.  Breakfast is our daily important meal that we must not miss, so you can choose not to have too heavy dinner or lunch.
