Skin around our eyes areas is the thinnest skin on our face with very small pores. What do we concern much towards our eyes are the baggy eyes! There are many ways, moisturizer, eye cream and eye mask, to get rid of these bags; there are also some other ways to help your baggy eyes. Instead of just using our expensive skin care, we may also try the tips as below:
1. Use slices of cold potato or green tea bags that have been soaked in cool water, and placed it over the eyes while lying down for about 10 or 20 minutes.
2. Sleep with your head elevated; which helps to slow down the amount of water and waste that tend to accumulate under the eyes; when you get up, use a firming cream that will firm the skin and reduce the baggy look.
3. Cutting back on caffeine, alcohol, diet drinks, and salt.
4. Sufficient rest to the eyes - an adult needs to have at least 8 hours sleep a day; in sufficient sleep can not only cause our eyes to had dark ring cycles, as well will cause droppy eyes, because it does not have enough “rest”.
If trying all the above, you still have baggy eyes, you can check whether you have any food allergies, especially yeast, dairy and wheat. Finding an allergy and then making the necessary lifestyle change along with the above daily eye cream moisturizing routine will help lessen the baggy eyes.
