Fats is an energy source to human body; that’s why no matter how much you hate in taking it into your body, you still need it as for the energy source for your body. When one person excess in taking calories, that will turn out to be excess fats.
Fats can be found at the areas of buttocks, abdomens, thighs, breasts/chests, and hips. There are many ways of reducing the excess fats in these areas; you can have normal exercises such as jogging, swimming and playing sports, as well as going for gym, to help burning fats.
However, fats does not just exist around these areas, it does store at our organ areas, such as heart, liver, kidney and etc. Normal exercises does not help in removing the fats store around the organs. Excess fats store at these areas can cause problems to our health, one person’s body will become weak and that person will easily feel tired.
In order to burn fats around organ areas, plain exercise does not help much; there are numorous of fat burning foods can help to burn fats from our body, such as, milk, whole grain cereal, oats, spicy meals (chili), green tea, chicken, coffee, salmon, lean beef, tuna and sardines.
