Insomnia is a symtom of difficulty in initiating and maintaining sleep; it may be due to inadequate quality or quantity of sleep. Insomnia that is temporary is more commonly known as transient, and permanent insomnia, also know as chronic insomnia, is lasts longer than a few days or a few weeks. Yes, most of us know what insomnia is, however still remain unaware of the behavioral and medical options available to treat insomnia.
Temporary insomnia can result from too much stress, or crossing into different time zones, as well as from environmental factors such as an increase in noise level or temperature variations. Permanent insomnia patients will face serious problem with sleeping issues. The cause of such insomnia include drugs, caffeine, shift work, depression, anxiety, kidney disease, heart trouble, asthma, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, parkinson’s disease.

Besides, there are much of other easier solutions that you can practice on to “cured” or “treated” your insomnia, such as seperate yourselve from someone who constantly snore and disturb your sleep, progressive muscle relaxtion to release stress from thinking about works, tasks, and jobs, reduce heavy meals 6 hours before bedtime, and practice a moderate exercising habits.
