Weight Loss Myth: Fast Food

Most people tend to think that fast food is the killer for diet and weight loss. However, this is not totally true.

If you are very knowledgeable, you can actually eat at fast food restaurants and still lose weight.

1. Never indulge in super size combo meal, you can consider sharing a combo meal with your friend or spouse.

2. Avoid soft drinks and drink water instead.

3. Go for salad or grilled chicken breast sandwich, and avoid the salad dressings, cheese or bacon.

4. Stay away from french fries or fried chicken.

5. If you eat at a Mexican restaurant, try a taco that is made with salsa rather than cheese or sauce.

By keeping these tips in mind, you are on your weight to lose weight!
